This page explains how Minty Times researches, writes, checks and updates its articles.
Who writes and reviews
Minty Times was founded by Rajni Kavathiya, a software developer with 15 years of experience in .NET and Angular. Articles are reviewed before they are published.
Sources and fact-checking
- We prefer primary sources: official government and regulator websites (for example the Income Tax Department, RBI and SEBI), company documentation and pricing pages, and published research or surveys.
- Every price, rule or statistic links to its source with an “as of” date. Prices are checked on the day an article is published or updated.
- We aim to leave out claims we can’t verify.
First-hand experience
Where an article says we used or tested something, we did, and we show screenshots or results. Where an article is based on official documentation rather than our own use, we say so.
Use of AI tools
We use AI tools to help with research and first drafts. Articles are then checked against their sources and edited by a person before they are published.
Money topics
Money articles explain general rules and concepts for education. They are not financial, investment or tax advice, and Minty Times is not a SEBI-registered adviser. See the disclaimer.
Updates
Each article shows its last-updated date. We review articles when the underlying rules, prices or data change (for example after the Union Budget or at the start of a new financial year).
Corrections
If you spot a mistake, email info@mintytimes.com with “Correction” in the subject and a link to the article. We check every report. When a correction changes the meaning of an article, we add a dated note at the end explaining what changed.
Independence and advertising
Minty Times may show advertising. Advertisers have no say in what we write or recommend, and we don’t accept payment to cover or rank products. If we ever use affiliate links, we will say so clearly in the article.
Limits
This policy describes how we aim to work; it is not a guarantee. All content is general information provided “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and is subject to our Disclaimer and Terms of Use.
